What This Site Records

This site records very little, because there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to fill in. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which hold things like your IP address, your browser and the pages you asked for. We use them to keep the site running and secure, and to count how many people visit, so we can see how often the AdaptlyPost button gets clicked. Those counts hold no IP address.

What a Click on the AdaptlyPost Button Records

A click on the AdaptlyPost button passes through our server on its way to adaptlypost.com. Our server adds one line to a click count: the time, which button you pressed, whether you were on a phone or a computer, and whether the visit looked like a bot. That line holds no IP address and no cookie, so it can't identify you.

Cookies on AdaptlyPost's Site

Cookies on AdaptlyPost's site are AdaptlyPost's, under its own policy. Our link carries a referral tag, and AdaptlyPost's affiliate system can set a cookie so a purchase is credited to us. We never see your name, your payment details or anything you type on AdaptlyPost's site.
